“The Home of Properly Prepared Drinks — The Miracle Restaurant in the Miracle Mile”
The Wilshire Bowl was a great Art Deco nightclub that later became Slapsie Maxie’s in the 1940s (owned by the eponymous boxer), but was torn down decades ago. Looks like a Staples sits on the spot today.
