A Glorious Exaltation of the Vacuum Tube! Looking at the art, I figured it had to be some sort of commercial art, and lo and behold, it matches up well to this advertisement for de Forest Audion radio tubes. Maybe this is the original artwork! Though the ad is obviously a B&W take on it. Lee de Forest invented the first practical triode, the Audion.
