Pit is a classic game of commodities trading. And still available today more than a century after its invention by Edgar Cayce. Cayce is a huge topic of his own, as he ultimately became known as the Sleeping Prophet for his psychic readings and ‘health/nutrition’ advice. Although there are still organizations devoted to poring over his prophecies and philosophy, the evidence for anything truly wondrous is pretty weak.
