What a great find! I guess I don’t drive the 5 much, because this building, and its brewery, were news to me. This LA Times article gives some great background on the brewery, with its origins going back to the 1870s. Long known as the Eastside Brewery after its most famous beer, by the mid-20th, it was producing PBR. But for the past 40 years, it’s been artists’ lofts.
