Menu from Buffalo Steak, a restaurant started in 1946 at Knott’s, which changed names in the 1980s and is currently Spurs Chop House. Note also the tickets from the Santa Fe and Disneyland R.R. The ‘Santa Fe’ was dropped in 1974.
