Wikipedia tells us this snake oil didn’t actually have much lithium in it, so in 1917 they had to change the name to Buffalo Mineral Springs Water. In the 1950s, the land was taken over by the Army Corps of Engineers, and Lake Kerr is there now. Which must make the whole lake a very dilute Buffalo non-lithia water.
