Clearly an upside down (or is it right side up?) map of South America. Abia (or Abya) Yala is the name used by the indigenous Guna people at the border of South and Central America for the area, and now used as something of a synecdoche for Latin America generally, particularly in the context of support for indigenous cultures, as opposed to say, Donald Duck, who represented the worst of colonial imperialism as he robbed a Peruvian tomb in the previous item.
